More Details

The three marks of existence (annica, dukkha and annata) are the basic characteristics of existence or reality. Annica means impermanence, the fact that everything is changing all the time. Dukkha means dissatisfaction, nothing will satisfy us completely. Annata means non-self, there's no inherent or ultimate entity to be found and no abiding essence in anything or phenomena.

As we investigate the truth of the three marks of existence, we develop qualities such as equanimity and serenity.

In the Zen tradition, an ensō (円相, "circular form") is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.

Care information

Fine art prints are delicate so avoid touching the print surface with bare hands as the moisture and oils from your skin can affect print quality. To avoid damage hold prints by the edge or wear cotton gloves while holding them.
